Dora Renaud Ed.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various educational roles. Dora currently holds the position of VP of Education and Customer Success at Papaya - Spanish & English Tutoring for STEM subjects. Dora is also a Member of the Board of Advisors at the same company. In the past, they have worked as a Faculty & Curriculum Developer at the American College of Education in 2008. Dora served as a High School Principal at International Leadership of Texas from June 2022 to January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Academic Programs & Professional Development at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers from September 2017 to June 2022. Dora also worked as a K-8 Principal at International Leadership of Texas from June 2016 to September 2017 and as a Principal at Nathan Adams Elementary School from July 2014 to June 2016. Dora was a Reading Specialist at Colegio Internacional de Caracas from 2001 to 2003 and an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Texas at Arlington from August 1998 to May 2000. Dora'searly career included a role as a Reading Recovery Teacher at Dallas Independent School District from June 1992 to June 1994.

Dora Renaud holds an Ed.D. in Education Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Dora'sfocus during this program was the Cooperative Superintendency Program. Prior to that, they obtained an M.S. in Reading from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Woman's University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Equity First: The Path to Inclusion and Belonging" from LinkedIn in April 2022, "School Superintendent" from the State Board of Education Certification in February 2021, and a "Reading Recovery Certificate" from the Reading Recovery Council of North America in June 1992.
