Itay Shelly started their work experience in 2015 as a Content Editor at IDF Tweets. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Community Manager at YOUNG - Digital Advertising Agency. In 2018, they joined Ballz as a Community Manager until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Community Manager at Playtika. Currently, they are working as a Community Team Leader at Papaya Gaming.

In 2017, Itay Shelly attended Habetzefer - הבצפר and obtained a certification in Copywriting & Social Media Management, with a focus on Creative Writing. This educational experience lasted until 2018.
