Salah Nour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management, sales, and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Community Management Team Leader at Careem since December 2018, Salah develops engagement strategies and curates content to foster community interaction. Previous roles include Sales Team Manager at General Motors Africa & Middle East, where responsibilities encompassed employee training and customer satisfaction oversight, as well as roles in customer service and support at various companies including Vodafone, HSBC, and Teleperformance Egypt.
