Lital Parush-David

Lital Parush-David is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in HR and operations. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at PAPAYA since January 2024, Lital previously held key positions at Perimeter 81, including COO & HR and VP of HR & Operations from October 2021 to January 2024. Prior to that, Lital spent over 15 years at Amdocs in various roles, culminating as VP of Global HR Services & Talent Acquisition, managing HR operations across multiple regions and driving employee experience strategies. Lital began a career in HR as an interviewer at adam-milo from 2003 to 2006. Lital holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
