Noa Shomrony Gal

Noa Shomrony Gal currently serves as the VP of Business Development and Head of a business unit at PAPAYA since May 2023. Simultaneously, Noa has been involved with the Maytiv Center for Positive Psychology since January 2019, facilitating workshops and lectures on positive psychology in organizations. Previous roles include VP of HR at AllCloud from June 2020 to April 2023, where Noa drove talent acquisition and retention strategies, and business consultant in HR and positive psychology from October 2018 to June 2020. Noa co-founded LoveLink in early 2019, aimed at fostering long-term relationships through a scientific approach. Other notable positions include VP of HR at Golf & Co Group and HR manager at Castro. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in organizational sociology from Bar-Ilan University and a certificate from the Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
