Lindsay Plumb

Lindsay Plumb is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in sales development and operations. Currently serving as the SDR Director at Papaya Global since June 2024, Lindsay oversees a team focused on providing a comprehensive workforce management solution internationally. Prior to this, Lindsay held the position of Director of Sales Operations & Development at CloudPay, managing multiple teams and ensuring cohesive reporting across various departments. In earlier roles, Lindsay successfully established and led the first internal SDR team at CloudPay, managed a team of SDRs at ADP in the UK and Ireland, and contributed to the growth of sales teams at Shieldyourself and IRIS Software. Educational background includes studies at Priestly College and St Gregory's RC High School in Warrington.
