Kelly Kavanaugh, MHA, Prosci®, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operations and change management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Papaya Veterinary Care since August 2023, Kavanaugh previously held the position of Chief of Staff at Sameday Health, overseeing operations and multidisciplinary teams. A strong background in change management is evident through roles at Accenture and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where Kavanaugh led significant strategic initiatives.
