Vikas Prabhakar

Vikas Prabhakar has over 17 years of experience in software development and engineering. In 2021, they began working as Engineering at PapayaPay. Previously, they were a Senior Software Development Manager at PayPal from 2011 to 2021, where they created a culture of innovation, drove the build out and vision for a configurable and scalable Loyalty and Engagement platform, and built multiple high performing and diverse teams. Before that, they were a Software Development Manager at Comverse Inc. from 2004 to 2011, where they spearheaded daily operations and technical leadership of a high performing and globally distributed team, drove product roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects, and introduced a robust data extraction process for data warehouse feeds.
