Mahmoud Alzioud

Mahmoud Alzioud, Ph.D., PE, PTOE, RSP1, M.ASCE, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Pape-Dawson Engineers, overseeing schematic design and PS&E efforts for highway projects and guiding project design teams. Prior roles include Civil Engineer III and Traffic Engineer at Bowman Consulting, where Mahmoud utilized advanced Transportation and Traffic Engineering techniques while managing project tasks and preparing traffic impact analysis reports. Experience as City Traffic Engineer for the City of Pflugerville involved developing the capital improvement program and Master Transportation Plan. Previous positions include Civil Engineer I at Poepping, Stone, Bach & Associates, teaching and research roles at the University of Akron, Montana State University-Bozeman, Zarqa University, and various engineering positions in Jordan's Ministry of Education. Mahmoud holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron, a Master's in Transportation and Highway Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan.
