Neil Haner

Neil Haner, PE, PMP, LEED AP, ENV SP, is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in aviation and structural engineering. Currently serving as Associate Vice President for Aviation at Pape-Dawson, Neil leads client service functions in the civil aviation practice, managing projects from planning through construction across Texas. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Project Manager at KMEA, overseeing Title I and Title II services for US Air Force installations, and Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Neil managed programs for Defense and Federal clients. Neil's engineering background includes positions at STV, Inc., DJG Inc, and service as a Civil Engineering Officer in the United States Air Force, where leadership was demonstrated in international projects. Neil holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
