Parker Will, MSEM, PMP, currently serves as the Hygiene Engineering Excellence Leader at BW Converting, where responsibilities include leading the development of an Engineering Excellence culture and implementing Continuous Improvement practices across engineering teams. Previously, Parker held leadership roles such as Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering at companies including JWM - John Wood/Modern Equipment and Hart Design & Manufacturing, overseeing engineering departments and custom product development. With extensive experience at QuadTech in various project management and engineering roles, Parker has a strong background in mechanical and electrical design, Lean methodologies, and team development. Parker holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
