Rodney Pennings

Rodney Pennings has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Rodney started their career as an Electrician at Algoma Hardwoods, Inc. from May 1990 to August 1992. In 1996, they joined Paper Converting Machine Company as a Controls Engineer and worked in that role until April 2007. Rodney then transitioned to the position of Engineering Leader from April 2007 to January 2012. Rodney later assumed the role of Value Stream Leader - Printing, Coating, and Laminating from January 2012 to July 2017. Currently, they serve as the Sales Director at Paper Converting Machine Company.

Rodney Pennings obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Rodney then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, completing their studies from 1996 to 2001.
