Stan Blakney

Stan Blakney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as Group President at BW Converting since February 2019, Stan previously held the position of COO at Goss International, where responsibilities included transforming the business into a world-class service provider. As VP of Global Operations at VAG Group, Stan focused on lean practices to enhance performance in water management operations. Stan's earlier roles at Rexnord involved directing operations in aftermarket part production and overseeing significant plant renovation projects. Additional experience includes serving as Business Practice Director at ARCADIS U.S., Inc., and VP of Market & Product Management at Waukesha Engine, where efforts concentrated on operational turnaround and efficiency improvements. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BSE in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
