Jessica Helena has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they worked as a Product Manager and Associate Product Manager at Paper.id, where they were responsible for building a better, secured, and smoother payment flow for B2B industries, as well as improving accounting and finance transaction flow, report and analytics. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Qualitative Researcher at QED Research Consulting. In 2018, they worked as a Student Consultant at the University of Southampton, where they were part of a team assigned to help a training development company with digital marketing. Finally, in 2015, they worked as a Risk Compliance Officer at PT Paramount Enterprise International, where they conducted walkthroughs of current business processes and reviewed “As-Is” business processes.

Jessica Helena has a diverse educational background. Jessica obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Petra Christian University between 2010 and 2015.
