Bridget Nygaard

Bridget Nygaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations & Customer Experience at Paper Transport since January 2020. Prior roles include Director of Business Development, focusing on customer experience, process design, sales, and marketing. Bridget has contributed to the University of Wisconsin Parkside Customer Experience Certificate Program as an Advisory Committee Member since November 2020 and previously held the position of Director of Commercial Marketing and Lead Generation at Schneider National from January 1999 to January 2020, where pivotal marketing and brand initiatives were executed. Additionally, Bridget worked as an Adjunct Instructor in Sociology at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College from June 2010 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include ongoing leadership studies at St. Norbert College and degrees in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
