Jess Peek has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jess began their career in 2010 working for the British Army in roles such as Trauma Rehabilitation Caseload Manager, Acute Care Caseload Physiotherapy Manager, and Lead Acute Care Physiotherapy for Operational Deployment, Afghanistan. Jess was also the Director of London & South East England Military Rehab Services and the Director of Critical Care Rehabilitation Services for the British Army. Jess took a parental leave in 2020 before joining Peppy in 2021 as the Programme Manager for Practitioner Recruitment, Training & Integration. Jess went on to hold the titles of Head of Clinical Support & DSL and then Head of Operations. In 2023, Jess moved to Papercup, where they currently hold the position of Head of Service Delivery.
Jess Peek earned a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham in 2009. In 2010, Jess completed Leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. In 2016 and 2017, Jess attended St George's, University of London (for students and alumni) to earn an MSc in Acute Rehabilitation. Jess also obtained several additional certifications including APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner from Quanta in September 2019, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from QA Ltd in August 2019, Financial Management certification from Peter Atkinson Financial Training in July 2019, and Healthcare Governance for Managers certification from Healthcare Quality Quest in July 2019.
