Amy Bergsieker

Amy Bergsieker has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as a Lead Researcher at PaperCut Software since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Manager at Meta from 2021 to 2023. Amy also served as a UX Researcher at Facebook from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for designing and executing qualitative research to inform product definition and strategy. Before that, they worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Amazon from 2012 to 2017, a User Experience Designer at Tektronix from 2006 to 2012, and a Usability Engineer at Usability Architects, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Amy'searlier roles include Sales Engineer at Siemens from 2001 to 2004, and various positions at Tektronix from 1996 to 2001, including Usability Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer.

Amy Bergsieker has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman. Amy also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the same institution.
