EMEA Support Team Lead at PaperCut Software

Jemma Roxburgh has worked in various positions throughout their career. Jemma began their career at PwC in 2008 as a Receptionist and then moved on to OnIT Services Ltd in 2011, where they worked as an IT Technician and later as an IT Technical Consultant until 2017. In 2017, Jemma joined PaperCut Software as a Technical Support Engineer and gradually moved up the ranks to become a Senior Technical Support Engineer and EMEA Support Team Lead. Jemma is currently working at PaperCut Software.

Jemma Roxburgh completed an apprenticeship in Information Technology at QA Apprenticeships from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended The Chalfonts Community College in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Kepner-Tregoe Incident and Management certification from Kepner-Tregoe in an unspecified year, as well as the Microsoft 70-410 Installing and Configuring Server 2012R2 certification in 2016. Jemma also holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Windows 7, Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) Windows 7, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).
