Tess Lynch

Tess Lynch is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as General Counsel at PaperCut Software since September 2025, Tess previously held the same title at Buildkite and served as Head of Legal for Oceania at Sinch. Prior roles include General Counsel at Sinch MessageMedia, Senior Legal Counsel at Take-Two Interactive Software, and Legal Counsel at REA Group, where responsibilities encompassed corporate governance, contract negotiations, and legal training. Tess began a legal career at Hall & Wilcox Lawyers, focusing on corporate governance and M&A transactions, and gained insights into consumer disputes during a secondment at the Financial Ombudsman Service Australia.
