Since 2015, they have been the SVP, Growth Strategy & Insights, VP of Consumer Insights, Senior Director of Consumer Insights, and Senior Director, International Expansion & UK General Manager at Paperless Post.

Caroline Harding-Gelbard began their educational career at the University of Cambridge, where they earned a BA in History between 2001 and 2004. Caroline then attended Harvard University, where they were a Special Student at both the Kennedy School of Government and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences between 2004 and 2005. Her studies at Harvard included Government, Leadership, History, and Art History.
