Jorge Rodriguez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and infrastructure debt investments. Currently serving as Managing Director at Marathon Capital since August 2019, Jorge previously held the role of Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group, where Jorge led the establishment of a private infrastructure debt investment platform. Prior positions include Managing Director at Aladdin Capital, where Jorge co-created a platform for private market debt investments in OECD countries, and Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort, focusing on financing infrastructure projects in North America. Earlier career roles include Vice President at BNP Paribas, where Jorge led structuring and syndication for projects in Power and Energy, and analyst positions at Crédit Agricole CIB and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jorge holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
