Michel Babany

Michel Babany has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michel is currently working as the Head of Data at papernest since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product and Data at Kaliz Gestion from 2020 to 2021. Michel also worked at EverQuote from 2015 to 2019, where they held multiple roles including Director of Product Analytics. During their tenure at EverQuote, they achieved significant accomplishments such as managing the development of a profitable auction system and increasing partner performance. Additionally, they grew a product line and led a B2B product team. Before joining EverQuote, Michel worked as a Research Assistant at Transport for London/MIT from 2013 to 2015. Michel also gained tutoring experience from 2011 to 2013 and served as the Head of the Logistics Unit at Forum Centrale-Supélec in 2012. Michel started their career with an internship at Veolia Transdev in 2012.

Michel Babany completed their education in a chronological manner. Michel first attended Ecole Alsacienne from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique. Afterwards, from 2009 to 2011, they enrolled in Lycée Saint Louis and completed an intensive 2-year university level preparation in Math & Physics, specifically focusing on Classes préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles, PCSI - PSI*. Later, from 2011 to 2014, they studied at CentraleSupélec and earned an Ingineer Diploma in Operations Research. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) in Transportation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
