Colleen Warren Bays M.a.

Colleen Warren Bays, M.A., M.S., is a seasoned professional in the fields of library services, education, and psychology. Currently serving as a Youth Services Library Assistant for the Horry County Memorial Library System since March 2021, Colleen also promotes children's literacy and development as a Brand Partner with PaperPie. Colleen's academic experience includes instructing courses in psychology and forensic investigation at various institutions, including Horry-Georgetown Technical College and West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Colleen holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience Psychology and a Master of Arts in Psychology, alongside a strong foundation in forensic investigation and criminal justice. With diverse roles ranging from adjunct professor to graduate research assistant and admissions counselor, Colleen combines teaching and practical expertise in both educational and forensic contexts.
