Emily Granholm

Emily Granholm is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at PaperWorks since May 2021 and as a member of the Amplify Talent Community since June 2024. Emily's extensive experience includes roles such as Assistant Manager at Tractor Supply Company, Manager at Speckled Paw Coffee, and Dance Educator across multiple dance studios. Emily was previously a Human Resources Manager at the U.S. Department of Labor and at Revolabs, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed payroll, benefits, and employee mentorship. As Founder and Executive Artistic Director of Stylized Movement, Inc., Emily focused on community engagement through dance, and also served as a Dance Therapist in adolescent psychiatric units. Emily holds a BA in Business Administration and Dance from Dean College and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Assumption University.
