Bettina Waller

Bettina Waller has extensive work experience in the field of Assessment & Development. Bettina currently holds the position of Lead Assessment & Development at papilio, a role they began in January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Co-Lead Assessment & Development at the same company from August 2021 to January 2023. Bettina has also worked as a Consultant from August 2020 to January 2023 and as a Junior Consultant from August 2019 to August 2020 at papilio.

Before joining papilio, Bettina worked at the University of Zurich. Bettina held the position of Research Internship from August 2016 to August 2017 and served as a Teaching Assistant from January 2016 to July 2016 and from July 2015 to December 2015. Additionally, they had a Research Internship at the university from July 2015 to September 2015.

Bettina Waller pursued their education at the University of Zurich, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, they furthered their studies and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology from the same university, completing their program from 2016 to 2019.
