Senior Vice President, Head Of Commercial Real Estate at Pappas Investments

Kelly Rule has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelly started their career at CalFed Bank as a Sales Manager and Senior Loan Officer, where they were responsible for leading and training bank branch personnel on increasing mortgage sales. Kelly then moved to Countrywide Home Loans, where they originated new business and developed a strong referral base. After that, they worked at Delmar Financial Company as a Senior Loan Officer, specializing in first-time homebuyers and down payment assistance programs.

In 2007, Kelly joined Wachovia as an Account Manager, where they built strategic alliances with real estate developers and brokers in the St. Louis area. Kelly was a top producer in the Midwest Region.

Kelly then transitioned to CBRE, starting in the Asset Services role and later moving to Brokerage. At CBRE, they were a member of a full-service retail team, responsible for developing new business in leasing commercial retail real estate. Kelly negotiated contracts and agreements with clients and tenants, and worked closely with agency ownership in leasing and marketing retail commercial real estate in California.

Before their current position, Kelly worked at Petrovich Development Co as the Senior Vice President of Leasing. Kelly then moved on to Pappas Investments, taking on the same role.

Kelly Rule attended Webster University from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management. In 2004, they also attended CCIM, where they obtained a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Investing. In addition to their education, Kelly Rule holds a certification as a Broker from the California Department of Real Estate, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
