Carlos Mora Lozano

Carlos Mora Lozano has extensive experience in environmental management and territorial development. Currently serving as the Delegado Territorial for Andalucía and Extremadura at PAPREC since February 2022, Carlos previously held multiple leadership roles at Ferrovial from April 2010 to January 2022, including Delegado Medioambiente for Eastern Andalucía and Extremadura, Gerente Administraciones Locales, and Jefe de Servicio. Prior to this, Carlos founded and directed CDT Consultoria Desarrollo Territorial from January 2006 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include a Licenciado en Ciencias Ambientales from Universidad de Córdoba, a Master in Calidad Ambiental from EOI Business School, and a Master in PRL with a focus on occupational health and risk prevention from Formandalucia.
