Thomas Feledziak

Thomas Feledziak has extensive experience in process engineering and project management. Thomas currently holds the position of Head of Water/Steam Process Engineering and Performances Tests at Paprec Engineering, a role they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CNIM, where they held various roles, including Head of Process Department Deputy and Principal Process Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing engineering documents, designing equipment for installations, and evaluating and selecting suppliers. Before joining CNIM, Thomas worked at SUNCNIM as a Proposal Manager, where they were responsible for responding to tenders, designing installations, and calculating thermal/electric output. Their career started at Reflexe Energies, where they completed a traineeship. Thomas also gained experience as a Design Engineer and Trainee at CNIM, where they worked on projects related to concentrated solar power plants and conducted studies on coupling different energy systems and thermal storage.

Thomas Feledziak earned a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Thermal energy and mechanical from IUT d'Aix Marseille. Thomas then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Energy - Renewable energy from Polytech Montpellier.
