Reija Ketoja

Reija Ketoja is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Paptic Ltd since November 2023. Prior to this, Reija held the position of Senior HR Consultant and Team Leader at Greenstep from March 2021 to October 2023, and served as HR Director at Pilke päiväkodit Oy from January 2018 to March 2021. Reija's earlier experience includes roles such as HR Manager for Finland at Kraft Foods, HR Manager at Citibank, and HR Specialist at Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions, management development, and advising on personnel issues. Reija began a career in HR as an HR Account Consultant at Nokia, providing support and consultation to local line managers. Reija holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a major in Economic Sociology from Turku School of Economics and a Cum Laude approbatur degree in Psychology from the University of Jyväskylä.
