Susa Vilkki

Susa Vilkki is a highly experienced legal professional in the field of intellectual property, currently serving as a European Patent Attorney and Finnish Patent Attorney at Papula-Nevinpat since August 2025. Prior to this role, Susa worked at Neste as a Corporate Patent Attorney from 2021 to 2025, specializing as a European Patent Litigator (UPC). Susa's earlier career includes serving as a Partner and Team Leader at Berggren Group from 2016 to 2021, and as an European Patent Attorney at Kolster Oy Ab between 2006 and 2016. Susa began the career as a Patent Examiner at the Finnish Patent and Registration Office from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Helsinki, a Master of Science from the University of Oulu, and a recent specialization in Patent Litigation in Europe from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI).
