Ian Irvin

Ian Irvin has extensive experience in business leadership and management since 1990, serving as the owner of Ian Irvin and Co., a business incubator for new opportunities. Ian Irvin has been the Managing Director of Trong Trang Limited since January 2009, overseeing financial, legal, and commercial aspects of a real estate development in Vietnam, with a recent valuation of US$33 million. As a member of the Par Equity LLC syndicate and advisory panel, Ian Irvin supports portfolio companies. Previously, Ian Irvin held various leadership roles, including Chairman of Castle Community Bank and Dukosi Limited, focusing on community banking and technology development in battery monitoring systems. With a background in corporate governance as a Non-Executive Director for companies such as Simple Audio Ltd. and AMZ Holdings Plc, Ian Irvin is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
