Dirk Dykstra

Dirk "Dutch" Dykstra is a seasoned professional in mechanical integrity and construction management, currently serving as a FER Mechanical Integrity Inspector at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. since May 2023, where responsibilities include oversight and inspection of mechanical integrity in the Newcastle Wyoming Refining Complex. Dykstra has previously held roles such as Welding Construction Coordinator at Dominion Energy, overseeing a major ship project for offshore wind energy farms, and as a Mechanical Integrity Consultant at Ronin Inspection Consulting and Training, providing QA oversight for industrial clients. Additional experience includes managing a mechanical upgrade at TAS Technical Consulting and planning inspections at ExxonMobil’s Billings Refining Facility, coupled with a strong educational background in Welding Technology and multiple industry certifications.
