Gordon Liljenquist

Gordon Liljenquist, P.E. currently serves as the Technicians Supervisor and Environmental Engineer at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., where management responsibilities include overseeing a team of Environmental Technicians and contractors across two refineries. Previously, at Island Energy Services, LLC, Gordon managed various compliance programs, including the NPDES and SPCC, focusing on water management. Prior experience includes serving as Environmental Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where oversight of a team dedicated to Environmental and Commercial Compliance took place, and roles at PacifiCorp and Hawaiian Electric Company as an Engineering Intern. Gordon holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University, as well as a high school diploma from Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus.
