Junior Art Director at PAR

Lauren Lett began their career in 2012 as a Junior Art Director at PAR - Psychological Assessment Resources, where they contributed to creative strategy, brand identity, and accurate execution within all media spaces, such as print, digital, social, and video. Lauren also developed a corporate branding guide and maintained brand consistency for core brand (PAR, Inc.) and four brand extensions (PARtalks, PARcares, InVista, Self-Directed Search) across multiple channels. In addition, they worked as a Graphic Designer, Desktop Publisher, Data Collection Research Assistant, and Research Assistant.

Prior to this, Lauren worked at Carrabba's Italian Grill from 2006 as a Key Employee and Server. In this role, they assisted the Proprietor and General Manager with front-of-house training duties, expo window duties, assigning servers to appropriate sections and sidework, and customer experience and relations. Lauren also managed multiple food and beverage orders while interacting with guests and ensured exemplary customer service in an efficient manner.

Lauren Lett has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising & Public Relations; Graphic Design from the University of Tampa, earned from 2014 to 2018. Lauren also holds an Associate of Arts - AA in Psychology from Hillsborough Community College, earned from 2010 to 2012. Her high school education includes a High School Diploma from Chamberlain Senior High School, earned from 2003 to 2006, and a High School Diploma from Hillsborough High School, earned from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Lett has obtained certifications in Women in Leadership from eCornell (2021), Brand Management from eCornell (2021), HTML Essential Training from Lynda.com (2018), Illustrator Training - Advanced from American Graphics Institute (2018), and Photoshop Training Class - Intermediate from American Graphics Institute (2017).
