Karen Wright, Master Coach, is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Parachute Executive Coaching, which has been operational since September 1996. With extensive experience in executive coaching, Karen has played pivotal roles in various organizations, including serving as a Strategic Advisor for the early-stage startup Animo and as a CORE Guide for the women's executive community Chief. Previous positions include Corporate Mindfulness Trainer at The Potential Project, Supervising Coach at the University of Texas at Dallas, Principal & National Practice Lead for Executive Coaching at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions, and Vice President of Corporate Communications at McCain Foods Limited. Karen's early career includes significant marketing roles at Molson Breweries and Frito-Lay. An alumnus of Ivey Business School with an MBA in Marketing and Western University with a BA in Economics, Karen’s contributions to the coaching profession include founding the Toronto Chapter of the International Coach Federation and serving on its Global Board of Directors.
