Michael Rossi is the President and Founder of Voce Leadership, where an emphasis is placed on executive coaching, speaking, and facilitation, aiding leaders and teams in discovering their authentic voices. With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, including positions at adidas Canada, Reebok Canada, and the National Hockey League, Michael has cultivated a deep understanding of impactful leadership. Currently, Michael serves as a Board Member at Unisync Group Limited and an Executive Coach at Heidrick & Struggles and Parachute Executive Coaching. Michael's educational background includes a Co-Active Coaching certification from the Co-active Training Institute, an Executive Development Experience from Harvard Business School, and an HBA in Marketing from Ivey Business School at Western University.
