Glen Volkhardt serves as the Board Chair for Bridge Builders International since January 2011 and has been the CEO of Paraclete Mission Group since March 2008, with a mission focused on enhancing effectiveness within the global missions community. Volkhardt has been a Board Member at Palm Missionary Ministries since January 1998 and held the position of Treasurer and Board Member for COICOM until June 2020, contributing to the Christian Media Association in Latin America. Previous roles at HCJB Global included Vice President of Strategic Planning and Ministry Development, Vice President of Human Resources, and Associate Latin America Region Director, where responsibilities encompassed media, healthcare, and education in the Latin America Region. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Biola University.
