Jess Marren

Jess Marren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative consultancy and marketing. As the Founder and CEO of Paradam since November 2017, Jess leads a full-service creative consultancy focused on exploring spiritual communication across various domains, including fashion and wellness. Previously, Jess served as Vice President of Growth and Directing Producer at Organic Olivia from April 2019 to August 2023, and held advisory and leadership roles at organizations such as evanhealy, Seed Health, DUER, Sonya Lee Handbags, and Earth + City. With a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies and Social Psychology from Western University, Jess has effectively combined marketing expertise with a passion for meaningful communication in diverse sectors since beginning a career in 2011.
