Claude Guillaume is the SVP of Restaurant Operations for the Dining Division at Paradies Lagardère. Claude has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a Restaurant Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta in 1992. In 1997, they became the General Manager of Seeger's Restaurant, where they helped the restaurant receive Mobil Five Star, AAA Five Diamonds, Traditions et Qualite, and Relais & Chateaux/Relais Gourmand Restaurant ratings. In 2010, they became the General Manager of Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse, and in 2016 they became the Executive Vice President of Full Service Restaurants and Bars for HBF Airports.

Guillaume's educational career began at Ecole Hoteliere Jean Drouant - Paris - France, where they studied hotel, motel, and restaurant management. Claude then went on to study at Ecole Hoteliere d'Aulnoye-Aymeries, also in hotel, motel, and restaurant management.
