Nikki Harland

Nikki T. Harland is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and President of Retail at Paradies Lagardère since January 2014. Prior roles at Paradies Lagardère also include Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Previous experience encompasses significant positions at DeVry University as a Visiting Professor, with board membership at the HR Certification Institute, and senior human resources roles at Gap Inc. and Toys R Us. Nikki's career began at Turner Broadcasting System and the Atlanta Hawks, supporting HR functions. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Spelman College and an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
