Pascal Jubault is an accomplished culinary and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as F&B Director of Culinary & Supply Chain and F&B Purchasing Director at Paradies since October 2012, Pascal has demonstrated leadership in diverse roles. Previous positions include Senior Vice President, Vice President of Merchandising & Buying, and Vice President of Perishable at Balducci's from June 2003 to February 2011. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Bakery Operations at Sutton Place Gourmet/Hay Day Markets and Director of Bakery Production as well as Executive Pastry Chef at Sutton Place Gourmet. Pascal's educational background includes a Brevet de Maitrise in Pastry from the Pastry Institute of Versailles, complemented by a CAP in Pastry from the same institution.
