Theresa Laudato

Theresa Laudato began their work experience in 1993 at JCPenney as an Assistant Buyer. Theresa later moved on to Sears Holdings Co. in 2005 and took on the role of DMM, Womens. In 2007, they joined Dots as Divisional VP, Junior Sportswear until 2011. From 2001 to 2007, Theresa worked at Kmart in two roles, starting as a Buyer and eventually becoming DMM Womens sportswear. Currently, they are employed at Paradies Lagardère as Vice President Merchandising since July 2016, previously holding the role of Sr. Director, Merchandising from 2011 to 2016.

Theresa Laudato attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
