Joe Eilers has extensive experience in the food distribution industry, serving as Vice President of Merchandising - Center of Plate at Sysco from March 2004 to October 2023, with previous roles including Sr. Director of Category Management - Poultry & Pork, Sr. Director - Strategic Sourcing, Sr. Director, Sales and Agreements Services, Head of Supplier Partnerships, and Senior Director, Business Technology - Merchandising. Prior to Sysco, Joe Eilers worked as a Senior Buyer at Topco Associates LLC from January 1994 to February 1999. Education includes a Master's Degree in Meat Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M University.
