Rob Shearer

Rob Shearer is the current VP of Growth at Paradigm. Rob has also previously worked at Google and Noble Markets. At Google, they were responsible for Business Development and Partnerships for Stadia. Prior to that, they were the Head of Corporate Development at Noble Markets. Rob started their career at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst in January 2010 and was promoted to Vice President in January 2013.

Rob Shearer attended Vanderbilt University for their undergraduate and graduate degrees.

They are on a team with Laura Edelman - Global Head of Sales, Michal Koonin - Co-Founder and Chief Of Staff, and Alex Potashnik - VP, of Engineering. Their manager is Sharaf Nassar, Co-Founder & CTO.
