Steve Gough is an accomplished professional with significant experience in growth and marketing strategies across various technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Growth at Novo since October 2025, Steve previously held the role of VP of Acquisition at ClickUp, leading global marketing initiatives for a leading productivity software firm. Prior to ClickUp, Steve was the General Manager of Direct to Consumer at Updater, overseeing user acquisition and product experiences. Additional roles include Performance Marketing Senior Director at NerdWallet, where Steve developed a successful marketing function, and Growth Engineer at HelloFax.com & HelloSign.com, focusing on user acquisition and optimization.
