Colin Berenhaut, MBA, is an experienced professional in commercial property management and sales, currently serving as Project Coordinator and Commercial Property Manager at Paradigm Commercial since July 2020. Prior to this role, Colin held positions as a Sales Representative with Royal LePage Team and RCR Realty where market analysis and negotiation skills led to over $10 million in sales in a single year. Experience also includes general management at Summer365 Indoor Sports Centre, where strategic planning resulted in significant revenue growth, and managing operations at SPC Sports Performance Centres Ltd.
