Rafik D. Gabriel serves as the Vice President of Capital Markets at Paradigm Commercial, a position held since March 2025, bringing two decades of banking experience along with nearly ten years of expertise in commercial real estate lending. Rafik D.'s primary focus encompasses capital markets, particularly in investment, multi-residential, and hospitality acquisitions and listings. Prior to joining Paradigm Commercial, Rafik held significant roles including Regional Vice President of Business Banking and Director of Commercial Services at Meridian Credit Union from August 2016 to January 2025, and Manager of Commercial Banking at National Bank of Canada from March 2013 to July 2016. Earlier career experiences also include senior positions at HSBC and Export Development Canada, where Rafik developed a strong foundation in various financial sectors. Rafik D. Gabriel earned a degree from Carleton University between 1998 and 2003.
