Mike Hills

Mike Hills has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike started their career in the Ernest & Julio Gallo Management Development Program, where they achieved significant sales success. Mike then worked as a Territory Sales Representative at Paychex, where they developed a strong client base.

Following their time at Paychex, Mike became a Managing Member at Gold Mine Casino, where they raised funds for the acquisition and development of a casino building. Mike also worked as a Managing Member at Hampden Warehouse Liquor Mart, where they facilitated the purchase and revitalization of a bankrupt business.

Mike then transitioned to Rachel's Challenge, where they served as a Certified Public Speaker, delivering messages of kindness and compassion to students and teachers across the US and Canada.

Most recently, Mike has been with Atlas Real Estate, initially serving as a Team Lead, Broker, and Property Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Brokerage. Mike'sresponsibilities included building and managing sales teams, overseeing rental units, and achieving top-performing individual production and team leadership awards.
