Nicole Chapellaz

Nicole Chapellaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Director of Client Services at Paradigm Consulting Group since May 2015, Nicole also holds the position of Lead Systems Analyst at Canada Life since November 2018. Previously, Nicole worked as a Senior Business Analyst for the City of Winnipeg from September 2015 to September 2018 and held multiple roles at Varian Medical Systems from March 2004 to April 2015, including Engineering Team Lead and Business Analyst. Earlier experience includes a role as a Systems Engineer at OpTx Corporation from January 1996 to March 2004. Academic qualifications include a Business Analyst Certificate from RRC Polytech and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba.
