Jessica Nagel

Jessica Nagel has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Co-Founder of the nonprofit organization Children of Bungoma, where they helped provide support to children in need. Jessica then joined Paradigm Health in 2013 as an Operations Coordinator, managing finances, human resources, and website development. In 2014, they became the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Paradigm Health, overseeing HR services and financial systems. In 2016, they worked at Kronos as an Application Consultant, leveraging payroll knowledge to consult and assist clients. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Indiana University School of Medicine as an HR Business Partner, managing HR services and ensuring compliance. Since 2018, they have been at Paradigm Health as the Vice President of Business Operations, leading strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements.

Jessica Nagel completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where they obtained a Master of Jurisprudence with a concentration in Employment Law. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued their Bachelor's of Science in Management at Indiana University Bloomington, specifically in the School of Environmental and Public Affairs. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in a Study Abroad program at King's College London, focusing on Risk Management and Managing Hazards in the U.S. and Europe.

In terms of certifications, Jessica Nagel obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2022.
